  • How to update android box software

  • How to order spares

    Send an email to Service@interfoto.co.za with the spares required. If spares are available a quote will be generated for the spares.

  • How long is the Warranty on products

    All ultra-link products have a 1-year warranty.

  • How to repair products

    If your item is still in warranty, can take the item back to the store you’ve purchased it from with you till slip/ invoice and they will arrange with the supplier to collect and repair the unit. Repairs take up to 21 working days from when the supplier receives the repair request.

     

  • For to repair an Out of warranty product

    Contact our service department at Service@interfoto.co.za.

    Customer to courier product to our offices and back or the client can deliver the item to our offices and collect once completed. Once the unit is received at our offices it will be assessed by our technicians and once the assessment has been completed, we can then generate a quote for the customer.

  • Product has short/Missing parts

    Please contact our service department on Service@interfoto.co.za with an attached copy of you Invoice/till slip.
