Download the app called DA-FIT to link your smart watch with your cellphone

Open DA-FIT app and allow Bluetooth to open

Open DA-FIT app in your cellphone and connect your smart watch

Open notifications to add preferred apps to notify in your watch

Download the app called Tenda WIFI to control both Tenda & Ultra-link WIFI System in App store & Google Play store

Once app is downloaded you can set up your primary node followed by the secondary nodes

Ultra-Link product warranty’s are product specific and products may carry a warranty of 1 to 10 years. If you are unsure kindly send us an email with product Name / Model Number to confirm.

If your Ultra-Link product is still in warranty, can take it back to the store you’ve purchased it from. Make sure you have your till slip/ invoice with you. The store will arrange with Ultra-Link to collect and repair the unit. Repairs can take up to 21 working days from when the supplier receives the repair request.

Absolutely! Contact our service department at support@ultralink.co.za to arrange the repair. You will need to arrange the delivery and collection of the product from the Ultra-Link offices. Once the product is received at our offices it will first be assessed by our technicians and once the assessment has been completed, we can then generate a quote for your repair.

For most products, yes. Simply send an email to support@ultralink.co.za detailing the spares you require. If spares are available a quote will be generated and sent to you.

Ultra-Link Android TV Box FAQ's

Software updates along with full instructions on how to update your android TV box can be found on the software downloads page here.

Press settings button on the remote control and scroll down to device preferences press ok and scroll down to reset press ok scroll to reset press ok and press ok on erase everything wait for the box to reboot.

Press settings button on the remote control and scroll down apps and open scroll down to DSTV app

Press ok then uninstall the preloaded app.

Open our Ultra-link website and search for DSTV APK and download and copy to the USB stick.

How To Install

Open file manager allows file manager to access files open USB scroll down to the downloaded file

open settings allow file manager to install the APK then open DSTV stream and log in.

System will verify the update and install the software

Wait until the update is complete

Open google play store sign in with your e-mail to log type Shomax on the search panel the app will pop

Click on the app and install if done open the app then you can start watching your shows.
